With EyeOnWater customers monitor water usage, detect leaks, and discover ways to conserve.

EyeOnWater makes it easy for utility customers to see hourly water usage, set up leak alerts, and discover ways to conserve water. One of the key features of the app was a savings calculator, where customers could explore how taking small actions would conserve water and reduce their usage. We also implemented different views where customers could explore their usage, such as a heat map style calendar to easily identify patterns, as well as a bar graph and usage summary cards. Identifying and resolving leaks was a also a key component of the app. Leaks are a primary concern of both the utility as well as the customer, leading to wasted water and surprise bills. Allowing simple leak alert settings and early visibility into issues helped to mitigate these concerns.
